About the agency
Run by an engineer, not a salesperson.
Flux Fortify AI is run by its founder, Mohammad Arham Ansari. For the last two years he and a small senior development team have shipped AI systems for clients across the UK, US, Canada, and Oman: voice agents, automation infrastructure, dashboards, and full web platforms.
Founder-led means the founder is in your project. Arham also works as embedded Tech Lead at First Movers AI, a US AI agency, and co-runs AI Growth Advisor, a scale-to-exit consulting practice, with Jake Cortez. That's the operating altitude your project gets: someone who runs delivery inside other agencies, applied directly to yours.
Small and senior by design. No account-manager layer, no junior handoffs. Every engagement has a small named team, and the person who scoped your system is accountable for it working in production.
Real entities, real footprint. Delivery runs through a senior engineering team in India and Digital Stream (التدفق الرقمي, CR 1653809), the agency's registered company in Muscat, Oman — where the founder is resident. That structure lets us serve Western clients at sensible rates and handle regulated, in-country deployments (we've built sovereign-hosted platforms for the Gulf) without compromising on seniority.
What we optimize for: systems that survive us. Everything ships documented — architecture, credentials handover, plain-language runbooks — so you own what you paid for.
How engagements run
Five rules, kept every week.
01
Scope in plain language
No 40-page proposals. A working session with the founder produces a written scope in words your team understands: what the system does, what it connects to, what “done” looks like. If we think you don't need AI for part of it, we'll say so.
02
Ship weekly
You see working software — a live call flow, a real dashboard, a functioning pipeline — every week, not a status report. Course corrections happen when they're cheap, not at the end.
03
Test against reality
Voice agents get smoke-tested end-to-end on real phone lines. Campaigns launch against real lists with measured baselines. Call recordings get audited and prompts get tuned from what actual callers do, not what we hoped they'd do.
04
Document and hand over
Every system ships with documentation: how it works, where it lives, how to change it, and what to do when something breaks. Credentials belong to you. If you left tomorrow, your system would keep working — that's the standard.
05
Stay accountable
Most clients keep us on for iteration — new campaigns, new locations, new features. That continuity is earned per week, not locked in by contract.
